House Rule Disciplines

[ House Rule ] This list of converted powers are not standard options and require a teacher who already has the power and a sample of their blood in your system.

Alternatively, if the Discipline is in-clan for you, you may attempt to uncover the power through your own experimentation and appropriate blood resonance. Such will be considered an extended test (Associated Attribute + Discipline) and require 10 successes per discipline power level. You may make this roll once per month as a downtime action. Blood Surge and Willpower Rerolls are permitted, but the extra point of hunger and willpower use will remain in effect at the start of the next plot night/event where dice are used. Once enough successes have been collected, the new power will be purchasable with XP.

Obfuscate Selective Silence 4 Silence of Death 1 Rouse Stamina + Obfuscate Selective Silence allows the vampire to silence ony those individuals and/or objects that she wants to silence. Each success allows for one additional person or object to be silenced providing they are within 20' of the vampire as it is activated. Objects larger than a person may, at the ST's discretion, count as 2 or even 3 objects. Objects larger than a private jet or creatures larger than an elephant cannot be silenced through the use of this power.
The target persons/items must be marked by the vampire's blood, usually done by exhaling a fine blood mist which is obfuscated from notice. Sense the Unseen (Auspex 1) can detect both the blood marks as well as the sounds as per the general Obfuscate rules.
As with Silence of Death, this effect will not silence secondary effects such as the sound of a victim breaking glass or droping an item.
